Please Note that we cannot be held responsible for any spelling or grammatical errors on personalised items. Please confirm that you have checked your order (where required) and are happy for it to be manufactured.

Also note that a surcharge may be applied for complex orders, i.e. orders consisting mostly of single rosettes which are all different.

RETURNS POLICY
Should you wish to return an item, you should do so within 7 days of receipt of the item(s), and they should still be in the original packaging and unused. A refund will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Bespoke items (made with customer's personalisation) are not returnable unless faulty. The goods must be returned with proof of posting, at the buyer's expense. If the goods are faulty, the seller will send replacement items if agreed with the buyer. Sale items are not eligible for return.
